Business Development / Account Manager (Bilingual English & Chinese Mandarin, WFH for Middle USA)

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Manager or Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer partnerships within the assigned territory. Candidates may be considered for either Business Development (hunter focus) or Account Management (farmer focus) based on experience and strengths. Language Requirement

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin (required)
  • English must be at a native or near-native professional level
  • Must be able to read, type, and speak Chinese fluently

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through strategic prospecting and account development
  • Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through inbound leads, cold outreach, social media, and email campaigns
  • Build, qualify, and manage a healthy and accurate sales pipeline
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, distributors, sales reps, and end users
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to develop account strategies and drive demand generation initiatives
  • Partner with inside sales and technical support teams to ensure high-quality customer service and successful deal execution
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted campaigns that drive new demand generation
  • Prepare quotations and review project proposals in coordination with project managers
  • Review and manage business contracts in collaboration with the legal team, including shipping schedules, inventory liability, and product lifecycle (EOL) considerations
  • Deliver product training and presentations to partners, distributors, and customers
  • Prepare written presentations, reports, and pricing quotations
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, product availability, and warranty terms
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments in IPC and related sectors
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows
  • Travel within the territory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Project Management
  • Experience in computer hardware or related technical industries preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

Work Location & Flexibility

  • Open to local candidates (Southern California – Pomona, CA) for in-office
  • Also open to out-of-state (Middle USA) candidates for fully remote (WFH) arrangements

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Compensation:

  • Base salary + commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
