Center for Executive Medicine (CEM) is a concierge medical practice founded by former White House Physician Dr. Connie Mariano. Located in Scottsdale's Princess Medical Center, we provide executive, family, and college healthcare membership programs focused on personalized care and exceptional service.

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Business Development & Administrative Coordinator.

This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field who wants to gain hands-on experience working directly with leadership in a growing healthcare organization.

About the Role

This is not a traditional administrative assistant position, nor is it primarily a social media or graphic design role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, developing ideas, and helping grow a business. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support business development initiatives, operational projects, outreach efforts, membership growth, and administrative functions.

Management will provide guidance and feedback, but we are looking for an individual who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, bringing ideas to the table, and helping develop solutions and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with business development and membership growth initiatives
  • Support administrative and operational activities
  • Research potential partnerships and growth opportunities
  • Attend community, business, and networking events as needed
  • Help develop outreach strategies and referral relationships
  • Assist with presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Track leads, partnerships, and follow-up activities
  • Support patient and member communications
  • Coordinate special projects and company initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and administrative staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable interacting with patients, parents, business owners, and community organizations
  • Interest in business development, sales, healthcare, or entrepreneurship
