Business Development Analyst

Position Overview

The Business Development Analyst will play a critical role in supporting branding sales by driving research, prospecting, data analysis, and sales support activities. The Analyst will report into the Vice President of Financial Services and work closely with Marketing, IT, and operations to ensure the team is equipped with the information, tools, and materials needed to win new business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Prospect Research

  • Identify and research prospective clients, industries, and market segments aligned with Branding sales priorities.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists, including company profiles, decision maker identification, contact information and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare market briefs and opportunity assessments for the VP of Financial Services

2. Sales Pipeline Support

  • Assist in outbound prospecting efforts by preparing outreach lists, drafting prospect briefs, and supporting initial engagement.
  • Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings, demos, and follow up sessions for the sales team.

3. Sales Enablement & Presentation Development

  • Create high quality presentations, pitch decks, one pager, and proposal materials tailored to specific prospects.
  • Maintain and update the sales content library to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Support the development of case studies, ROI models, and value proposition materials.

4. Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to align messaging, collateral, and outreach strategies.
  • Assist leadership with ad hoc strategic projects related to business development and market expansion.
