We support governments, system operators, regulators, and private investors through power sector master plans, market modelling, demand forecasting, grid planning, smart grid deployment, and investment advisory — combining technical depth with practical, on-the-ground experience.

As a certified R&D Center and long-standing METU TEKNOKENT member, we have a strong record of delivering IFI-supported projects for system operators, regulators, ministries, and private investors — including Power Sector Master Plans, market modelling, demand and price forecasts, grid studies, and decarbonization roadmaps. We help clients make robust, data-driven decisions that strengthen system reliability and support the energy transition in Türkiye and beyond.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
  • 2-3 years of experience in proposal writing, business development, reporting, project management, and/or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with commercial and tendering processes of International Finance Institutions (IFIs) such as the World Bank/IFC, EU, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and ADB.
  • Preferably, at least 1 year of experience working on IFI-funded tenders.
  • Preferably, at least 1 year of experience in proposal writing.
  • Preferably, familiarity with the energy sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional networking abilities.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work under KPI pressure in a challenging environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong team-working spirit.


Job Description:

  • Monitor and follow up on IFI-funded and/or national tenders and related opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals for both international IFI and national tenders.
  • Lead multidisciplinary proposal efforts and responses to Expressions of Interest (EoI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP), which may require inputs from various technical teams.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of tender documents and requirements.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with relevant companies.
  • Collaborate with the team to select and identify references and experts for projects.
  • Maintain and organize documentation related to proposals and tenders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes and strategies.
