Business Development and Client Servicing Manager

Job Description

· Generating business by bringing in new clients

· Maintaining business partnership with clients assigned by the company

· Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients & potential clients by proposing solutions that meet their objectives

· Client retention & supporting revenue growth through business relations with key client stakeholders

· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

· Identify client’s needs & effectively implementing techniques & project management procedures to address them

· Accountable for customer satisfaction, production support & defining standards of operation

· Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

· Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

· Collaborate with internal teams, including Event Planning, Production, and Creative, to ensure all client requirements are understood and executed effectively.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and expectations.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.

· Oversee the end-to-end process of event planning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

· Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

· Lead and inspire a team of client servicing professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

· Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Must have experience in working in sales in event management firm.
- Must be ok with target-oriented jobs.

- Proven experience in client servicing and project management within the event management industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with event technology trends and solutions.

- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Work experience and skills

Preferred experience- 2 years – 4years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
