Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide the programmes provided in the institute
- Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails, etc.) and convert leads into admissions.
- Understand the learning needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and successful admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and work towards revenue growth.
- Participate in promotional events, school tie-ups, and community outreach programs.
- Identify and collaborate with corporates to provide our training.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing team to support student enrollment.
- Provide accurate information about the curriculum, batch timings, fees, and registration process.
- Build long-term relationships with parents and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, counselling, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training will be provided).
- Openness to work on weekends based on the requirement

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
