Business development and Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel and guide the programmes provided in the institute
  • Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, emails, etc.) and convert leads into admissions.
  • Understand the learning needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
  • Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and successful admissions.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets and work towards revenue growth.
  • Participate in promotional events, school tie-ups, and community outreach programs.
  • Identify and collaborate with corporates to provide our training.
  • Collaborate with the academic and marketing team to support student enrollment.
  • Provide accurate information about the curriculum, batch timings, fees, and registration process.
  • Build long-term relationships with parents and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, counselling, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training will be provided).
  • Openness to work on weekends based on the requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
