Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: Event / Community Outreach Day
Sunday: Event / Community Outreach Day

Weekend availability is required.

Salary

Expected Total Compensation:
$60,000–$85,000+ annually

Florida Pure Water Services is one of Central Florida's fastest-growing water treatment companies. We help homeowners solve hard water, sulfur odor, staining, chlorine, forever chemicals, and drinking water concerns through professionally installed water treatment systems.

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, professional individual to become the face of our company in the community.

Position Summary

The Business Development & Marketing Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities through community outreach, events, partnerships, neighborhood marketing, and relationship development.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, attending events, building relationships, and creating opportunities that generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Community Events & Home Shows

  • Represent Florida Pure Water Services at home shows, expos, festivals, and community events
  • Set up and manage booths and displays
  • Engage with attendees and generate leads
  • Promote company giveaways and marketing campaigns

Business Development

  • Build relationships with Realtors, plumbers, builders, property managers, and other referral partners
  • Conduct regular visits to partner locations
  • Develop new strategic partnerships
  • Maintain and strengthen existing relationships

Neighborhood Marketing

  • Visit neighborhoods where installations are taking place
  • Introduce the company to nearby homeowners
  • Distribute marketing materials
  • Promote referral opportunities

Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified homeowner leads
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate
  • Support company lead-generation initiatives

Brand Awareness

  • Increase visibility of Florida Pure Water Services throughout Central Florida
  • Assist with local marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate community sponsorships and promotional opportunities
  • Help maintain a strong professional brand image

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials when needed
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, events, customer service, networking, or business development is preferred

Performance Expectations

Weekly Goals:

  • Attend community events and outreach activities
  • Visit Realtor offices and referral partners
  • Generate qualified appointments
  • Create new referral opportunities
  • Increase brand awareness within target markets
