Requirements


Fresh graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.


Job

Description


The Business Development Associate will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:

Business Development

Identify, screen, and analyze new business opportunities aligned with organizational capacity and strategic interests. Maintain and update a database of opportunities, submissions, and follow-up actions.

Support preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), technical proposals, and financial proposals for multi-sectoral projects. Assist in identifying and coordinating project teams from within and outside the organization.

  • Maintain records of all proposal submissions and related documentation.
  • Support senior management in opportunity assessment and business development strategy.

Networking & Coordination

Assist in developing and updating marketing materials including brochures, company profiles, website content, and social media Maintain and strengthen databases of partner organizations, consultants, and key professionals.

  • Finalize write-ups, formatting, editing, and documentation for reports and official submissions.
  • Draft minutes of meetings and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support preparation of weekly business development and project progress reports.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
