Business Development and Operations Manager

Role Overview

This is a results-driven role. You will be responsible for generating business, closing deals, and managing coordination to ensure seamless execution. If you cannot handle pressure, targets, and constant outreach—this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (Primary Focus)

Identify, target, and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking

Generate qualified leads consistently and convert them into paying clients

Set up meetings between clients and management

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Pitch event services confidently and close deals

Client Coordination & Relationship Management

Act as the first point of contact for potential clients

Understand client requirements and communicate them internally

Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business

Operations Support

Assist in planning and execution of events

Coordinate with vendors, teams, and internal staff

Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in events, marketing, or services)

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Ability to handle rejection and still push forward consistently

Experience in event management or coordination (mandatory)

Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline

Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and performance pressure

Compensation

Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
