Location: Al-Wahda Clinic, Qatar

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development and Sales Manager who can seamlessly blend leadership in sales operations with strategic business growth initiatives. This role will focus heavily on guiding our call center and sales team to boost performance and on expanding the clinic’s business reach in the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Leadership & Call Center Oversight:

• Lead and mentor the call center and sales agents, ensuring best practices are followed to improve sales numbers and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly review and analyze call center performance metrics, providing actionable feedback and training to drive improvements.

2. Business Development for the Clinic:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the clinic’s market presence and attract new clients in the Al-Wahda area.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and identify new business opportunities within the Qatar healthcare sector.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, particularly in a call center or clinic environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
• Experience in business development, ideally within the healthcare or clinic sector.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
