Job Description

As a key member of our Telecom Infrastructure Solutions (TIS) Business, you will drive the growth of our data center business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This high-impact role involves leading business development efforts, building partnerships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver solutions to top-tier telecom clients. Main responsibilities include:

  1. Champion Delta's data center solutions sales across the Saudi market.
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and system integrators.
  3. Lead pre-sales activities and collaborate with technical experts to craft compelling proposals.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
  5. Develop and manage a robust partner ecosystem-recruit, train, and motivate.
  6. Own and exceed sales targets for data center solutions in the telecom sector.
  7. Provide market feedback and insights to refine our go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within data center infrastructure (power/cooling).
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and managing complex projects.
  • Experience in partner development and ecosystem building.
  • Background in IT infrastructure, electrical, or mechanical industries.
  • Deep understanding of data center architectures and customer needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
