ResponsibilitiesConduct extensive market research, including tracking competitor product developments and business development strategies, and identifying purchasing patterns and emerging trends. Analyze the company's current business operations, including reviewing spending habits, business development efforts, and factors that may impact performance, in order to recommend effective ways to generate more revenue. Strengthen and maintain relationships with the public and private sectors to enhance the company's role, in addition to attending meetings and workshops. Update and maintain company documents to qualify the company for government agencies seeking to qualify real estate development companies. Prioritize work with government agencies.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Public Administration, Financial Management, Marketing, or equivalent
