Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development & Marketing Executive with strong relationships in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing consultant operations, developing marketing strategies, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong partnerships with real estate companies
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a consultant office, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct market research to evaluate trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and client use
  • Support sales teams with negotiations and deal closures
