Position Title: Business Development Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will assist in company research, CRM management, client coordination, proposal support, and sales operations to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct company and market research to identify potential prospects
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents
- Maintain and update prospect records in CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, trackers, and performance summaries
- Support sales campaigns and business development activities
- Assist in prospect registration on vendor platforms (e.g., Ariba)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently
