Business Development Assistant (Remote)

About the Role: Delta Tubular Goods is expanding its remote business development team. We are seeking driven, resilient, and highly motivated Outbound Sales Professionals based in the United States to connect with corporate executives and decision-makers. This role is focused on expanding our market footprint within the highly stable industrial manufacturing and infrastructure supply chain.

  • Target Earning Potential: Expected target performance of $5,000+ monthly for hitting standard milestones.
  • Efficiency: High-ticket industrial contracts with an optimized, fast-moving sales cycle average.

Requirements & Qualifications: * Volume Stamina: Proven ability to manage a high-volume outbound pace (target of 120+ dials per day).

  • Experience: Mid-level B2B sales, industrial account management, inside sales, or high-volume phone outreach experience is preferred.
  • Key Traits: Coachable, exceptional phone presence, resilient rejection handling, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional dedicated home office environment.

Pay: $49,635.82 - $59,776.47 per year
