• Proven experience as a Business Development Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on identifying and securing tender opportunities. -
• Deep understanding of procurement process, regulations and policies. - Strong knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends. -
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and project management abilities. -
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making. -
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. -
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. -
• Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture or Environmental Sciences or Business or Marketing, or a related field.
