Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development initiatives for both 1to1 Plans and Plutus21 Partners by identifying and engaging with potential clients and strategic partners.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

Develop and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and business pitches.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover of clients.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular reporting on outreach efforts, performance, and results.

Represent the company in a professional manner during client calls, meetings, and presentations.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles, preferably in an international or U.S.-focused market.
