About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across branding, website development, software solutions, social media management, and SEO services.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring in qualified leads, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, industry directories, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
  • Research target markets, decision-makers, and business needs across industries.
  • Generate high-quality leads for web development, design, software, and digital marketing projects.
  • Client Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and service pitches.
  • Maintain active communication with leads through calls, emails, and meetings until closure.
  • Sales & Pipeline Management
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work with the marketing, content, and design teams to refine sales messaging and collateral.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and delivery.
  • Contribute to new growth strategies, partnerships, and outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT, digital marketing, or software services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of digital products such as websites, apps, SEO, branding, and social media.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain consistent follow-ups.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or B2B lead generation tools.
  • Understanding of project estimation and proposal writing for IT services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a goal-driven mindset.
