Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead B2B partnerships with education consultants, study abroad agencies, colleges, and related businesses across India.
The BDM will be responsible for onboarding referral partners who can introduce students seeking overseas education loans to our platform on a commission/revenue-share basis.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard education consultants, universities, test prep centers, and visa agencies as referral partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B partners to drive consistent student referrals.
Negotiate commercial terms, including referral commissions, payout models, and partnership agreements.
Develop region-specific strategies to expand partner networks and increase loan application volumes.
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and webinars for partner teams to enhance engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales operations, credit, and marketing) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and lead flow.
Track partner performance metrics, referral conversions, and commission payouts using CRM tools.
Represent the company at education fairs, industry events, and networking sessions to drive visibility.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, channel partnerships, or business development, ideally in fintech, edtech, or loan aggregator space.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
