Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2C sales and customer acquisition. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product/service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand patients’ profiles and address their queries to create awareness about Pristyn Care’s offerings.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
  • Provide empathetic guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, doctors, and support staff) to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Languages:
  • Mandatory: English
  • Preferred (any of): Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi
  • Strong persuasion skills and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹12,814.59 - ₹300,000.00 per month
