Responsibilities:

• Engage with Indian nurses and guide them on overseas job opportunities in Germany.
• Explain the benefits of working abroad – career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.
• Promote and sell German language training packages essential for their transition.
• Handle outreach and follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain lead records and conversions via CRM tools.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams for smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while building lasting professional relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (sales/marketing background preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (freshers welcome).
• Excellent spoken and written English; persuasive communication skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
