Job Description:

We’re seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for solution-oriented selling, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update client data and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
