Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new leads and potential clients.
• Schedule meetings with clients for social media management and ad campaign services.
• Coordinate effectively between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update data in Excel sheets and other required records.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and build positive relationships.
• Time management and organizational skills.
