Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities, tie-ups with schools, colleges, and partner institutions
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, student outreach programs, and promotional events
Client & Student Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners
- Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and presentations to promote academy offerings
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise the Business Development team
- Set performance goals and ensure team productivity
- Monitor day-to-day operations and streamline processes
Operational Responsibilities
- Plan and manage admissions cycles, scholarship tests, and events
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth workflow
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA in Marketing/Business Management preferred
- Proven 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Education sector preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong networking ability and market understanding
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle pressure, lead teams, and achieve consistent results
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,048.53 - ₹24,352.46 per month
