Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities, tie-ups with schools, colleges, and partner institutions
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, student outreach programs, and promotional events

Client & Student Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners
  • Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and presentations to promote academy offerings
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and supervise the Business Development team
  • Set performance goals and ensure team productivity
  • Monitor day-to-day operations and streamline processes

Operational Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage admissions cycles, scholarship tests, and events
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth workflow
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA in Marketing/Business Management preferred
  • Proven 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Education sector preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong networking ability and market understanding
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle pressure, lead teams, and achieve consistent results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,048.53 - ₹24,352.46 per month
