About the Role
Guwahati Plus is looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to spearhead brand development, audience engagement, and market positioning efforts. The ideal candidate should bring creativity, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of local culture and trends to elevate the Guwahati Plus brand across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective brand strategies to enhance visibility, reach, and audience loyalty.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns—both online and offline—to support content, events, and overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the editorial, digital, and business teams to maintain consistent brand identity and messaging.
- Manage social media strategy, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize content for improved performance.
- Conduct market research to understand audience behavior, emerging local trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Work with partners, influencers, and local organizations for brand promotions and collaborative campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, creative assets, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collaterals and brand assets.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Strong communication skills and solid understanding of social media.
- Good knowledge of the Guwahati market and audience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
