Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients in IT and Non-IT sectors for recruitment services.
- Generate business opportunities by reaching out to HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Hiring Managers.
- Pitch company services and ensure vendor empanelment with corporate clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
- Prepare and share business proposals, presentations, and service quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, lead tracking, and daily activity reports.
- Attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the recruitment or staffing domain.
- Good understanding of hiring processes, recruitment lifecycle, and client acquisition.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
