Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting Whizz HR’s recruitment and HR services.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Research potential clients and understand market trends.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Pitch Whizz HR’s recruitment solutions and service offerings to potential clients.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual/physical) with decision-makers.
  • Establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring business.

3. Understanding Client Requirements

  • Gather detailed hiring needs and company insights from clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to deliver quality candidates.
  • Act as the communication bridge between clients and the operations team.

4. Revenue & Performance Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Maintain detailed reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients.

5. Branding & Market Presence

  • Represent Whizz HR professionally across networking events and digital platforms.
  • Share market feedback and competitive insights to strengthen service strategies.
  • Support in creating business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
