Key Responsibilities

  • Actively pitch and present Webtree’s services to prospects via in-person meetings, video calls, emails, and proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches tailored to client pain points and needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads across various sectors.
  • Engage in cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups to drive new business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals, project scopes, and pricing.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technology/digital solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Follow up diligently on all leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting and assist in setting realistic, data-driven sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the IT/Software industry.
  • Must have experience working in a target-driven environment and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital products including web/mobile applications, ERP systems, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts.

Pay: From BD300.000 per month
