Business Development Associate – Sales | Digital Marketing Agency

Company Overview:

At Futurecept, we are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps brands scale through performance-driven strategies—SEO, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and more. We're looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team and drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be the front line of our sales efforts—prospecting, engaging, and converting new clients. You’ll work closely with our strategy and marketing teams to craft compelling pitches and consultative sales solutions tailored to each prospect’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Conduct sales calls and product demos to pitch our digital marketing services.

Understand client needs and offer tailored marketing solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and close deals.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales performance.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Existing network of potential clients or partners.

Prior experience in B2B sales or agency setting.

Familiarity with proposal writing and digital sales decks.
