Business Development Associate

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our dynamic software house team. The ideal candidate must have a strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, particularly through platforms like Upwork, generating leads, and crafting compelling proposals to secure projects. Prior experience or knowledge in lead generation and proposal writing on Upwork is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork and similar platforms
• Write and submit tailored proposals to potential clients
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Collaborate with the technical team to align proposals with capabilities

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Upwork lead generation and proposal writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
