Business Development Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to fill the position of Business Development Specialist and assist the team in achieving our growth objectives. As the representative of our company, you will be accountable for devising and executing successful sales plans, fostering strong client connections, and boosting revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new business by presenting proposals and finalizing agreements, broadening the agency's clientele.
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects from beginning to end, encompassing briefs, reports, and billing.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to brainstorm ideas for client presentations and the execution of briefs.
• Conduct competitor analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and potential new offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Coordinator to promote the agency's services and generate more revenue.
• Manage the entire life cycle of brands, from planning to implementation and beyond.
• Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay up to date with market trends and conduct market research.
• Manage key accounts and foster long-term business relationships.
• Review the creative work in conjunction with the brief before sending it to clients.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery of client work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Location: Bangalore
• Immediate joining within 15 days.
• Agency experience mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
