Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform 200+ cold calls daily (approx. 3 hours of calling) to prospective learners
  • Pitch and sell Certification Courses such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, PMP, Cloud Computing and other professional programs
  • Understand learner profile, pain points, and recommend relevant courses
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Convert leads into enrollments and meet weekly/monthly targets
  • Maintain CRM records and share daily activity reports
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for improved lead conversion

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication & persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
  • Preferred: Prior experience in EdTech or telesales

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0 to 1 years of experience in sales / telesales / edtech / business development
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong experience in cold calling and lead follow-up
  • Ability to understand students’ needs and suggest suitable programs
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
  • Able to handle objections and rejections professionally
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment
