We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present company products and services to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience in the UAE market is a plus
