We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Present company products and services to clients in a clear and professional manner
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
  • Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Experience in the UAE market is a plus
