Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Business Development Executive)

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Head – Business Development

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Objective:

To execute high-quality outreach campaigns that convert target prospects into confirmed meetings and active mandates for Noesis Capital Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured daily outbound communication through calls → introduction emails →

WhatsApp → follow-up calls.

  • Schedule and confirm meetings with prospective clients for the senior BD team.
  • Maintain accurate and updated call logs, lead sheets, and CRM entries.
  • Share regular market insights, client objections, and feedback for refining messaging and strategy.
  • Support proposal creation, document follow-ups, and client response tracking.
  • Coordinate internally with marketing and research teams for campaign alignment.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client acquisition, or lead generation (preferably B2B or professional services).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and WhatsApp automation.
  • Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven, and persuasive individual who thrives in a dynamic business environment.
