Business Development Executive – R&R (Aggregates Business)
- Identify and develop new customers (contractors, RMC plants, infrastructure companies, builders).
- Generate and follow up on enquiries for aggregates (metal, grit, sand, dust).
- Negotiate rates, volume commitments, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with dispatch, weighbridge, and logistics for timely supply.
- Track daily sales, dispatch quantities, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat orders.
- Monitor local market rates, competitors, and demand trends.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing and credit policies.
