Job Overview

We're hiring a motivated Business Development Associate to support client acquisition for our immigration and visa services. The role involves calling prospective clients, explaining immigration options, and closing deals. This position is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in immigration and visa services
• Understand client requirements and guide them accordingly
• Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into successful closures
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with the internal processing team after deal closure

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome
• Candidates with up to 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling preferred
