Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate to join our team in Dubai. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research to uncover business opportunities, and generating leads. The candidate will build strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related role is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis and business insights
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting proposals
• Proven experience in lead generation and developing new business opportunities
• Proficiency in market research methodologies to identify potential markets and trends.
• Exceptional customer service skills for maintaining positive client relationships
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
