Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and student-centric Business Development Executive to guide students in choosing the right career paths, courses, and professional opportunities. The role involves counselling, admissions support, relationship building, and career mentoring aligned with industry trends.

Roles & Responsibilities Student Counselling & Guidance

• Provide one-to-one and group career counselling to students and parents
• Understand student interests, aptitude, academic background, and career goals
• Guide students on suitable courses, career paths, certifications, and job opportunities

Course & Program Advisory

• Explain Clusters Technology’s training programs, curriculum, outcomes, and career prospects
• Recommend the right program based on student profiling
• Address queries related to course duration, fees, placements, and certifications

Admissions & Follow-Ups

• Handle inbound and outbound counselling calls
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling
• Maintain student enquiry records and follow-ups using CRM or tracking tools

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and partners
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and placement teams
• Ensure a positive student experience from enquiry to enrolment

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain counselling reports, admission status, and daily activity updates
• Participate in career seminars, workshops, webinars, and campus drives
• Support marketing events, open houses, and career awareness programs

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
• Student-centric mindset with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of education, training, or career counselling domain is a plus

Employment Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Clusters Technology – Hopes College,Coimbatore
• CTC: As per experience + performance-based incentives
• Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday off)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
