Business Development Associate

Kenswick Partners is a recruiting firm hiring on behalf of a fast-growing fintech software company. This team builds tools that help businesses streamline finance processes like invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and client billing. The platform improves speed, accuracy, and visibility for finance and operations teams.

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate who enjoys learning new technology, talking with people, and helping companies understand how modern finance tools can make their work easier. No pressure-selling. You’ll focus on conversations, education, and supporting prospects through early steps in the buying process.

What you’ll do

• Reach out to companies to introduce financial software solutions
• Have initial conversations to understand workflows and pain points
• Schedule demos with senior team members and follow up on next steps
• Log conversations and track progress in the CRM
• Share resources, answer basic product questions, and point technical questions to the product team
• Participate in weekly coaching to strengthen communication and product knowledge
