Nakshatra Namaha Creations (NNC) is a 10-year-old digital transformation & creative powerhouse operating from Bangalore & Mysuru and now launching our Mumbai & Thane branches. We work with high-growth brands across India for Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Google Ads, Branding, Corporate Videos and Automation.
We are looking for a high-performance Business Development Manager who can own revenue, close enterprise deals and build the Mumbai book of business.
Your Role
You will be responsible for building NNC’s Mumbai & Thane revenue engine.
You will:
Generate and close B2B leads for Website, App, SEO, Google Ads & Branding services
Pitch to business owners, startups, hospitals, real estate firms, manufacturers & enterprises
Run client meetings, demos and proposal discussions
Convert enquiries into ₹50,000 – ₹5,00,000+ projects
Build long-term client relationships and upsell retainers
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound leads from Google Ads, Website & Campaigns
Do outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, calls and meetings
Understand client business & recommend digital solutions
Present proposals and negotiate commercial terms
Close deals and handover to the project team
Maintain CRM & sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Who Should Apply
You must have:
2+ years experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Website or App Sales
Proven B2B closing experience
Ability to sell value, not cheap pricing
Confidence to speak to founders, CXOs & decision-makers
Hunger to earn through performance
