Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and growth-oriented Business Development Associate with exposure to the hospitality sector. The role focuses on supporting business development efforts by generating leads, assisting in client acquisition, and helping deliver customized marketing and growth solutions for hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential hospitality clients including hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and allied businesses.
  • Support lead generation through calls, emails, follow-ups, referrals, and networking activities.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with senior team members to propose suitable marketing and branding solutions.
  • Help prepare proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct basic market research on hospitality trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or hospitality-related roles (hotel sales, hospitality marketing, travel, etc. preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of hospitality business models and client needs.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
