We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Associate who thrives on conversations, relationships, and closing opportunities. This role is for someone who understands that growth is not accidental — it’s built through persistence, strategy, and smart communication.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Manage CRM data and maintain accurate sales pipelines
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for lead nurturing
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in client interactions and relationship building
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales processes
  • Target-driven mindset with strong execution discipline
  • Ability to work from office and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions sales
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
