Business Development Associate

We’re seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing business opportunities, and building long-term relationships to drive revenue growth in the global market research industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify target clients, emerging sectors, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand the company’s footprint in domestic and international markets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, meetings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the research and project delivery teams to create customized proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
• Attend industry webinars, events, and conferences to network and promote the company’s market research capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or market research services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive revenue opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
