Block-To-Box is a growing industrial tools business. Through our sister concern, TOP TOOLINGS, we supply a wide range of cutting tools, machine tools, tooling accessories, and industrial products to manufacturers, workshops, dealers, and industrial clients across India.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Female Business Development Executive for Chennai to work for TOP TOOLINGS, focusing on field sales and customer site visits to expand business and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chennai
• Visit customer locations such as manufacturing units, factories, workshops, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients
• Promote and sell products of TOP TOOLINGS
• Conduct product discussions and basic demonstrations at customer premises
• Build and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and order closures
• Collect market feedback and competitor information during visits
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, and delivery
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales updates, and CRM records

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B field sales / business development
• Experience in tools, machinery, industrial products, or hardware sales is an advantage
• Willing to travel extensively within Chennai
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-driven

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales acumen with a consultative selling approach
• Knowledge of industrial products, CNC tooling, machining accessories (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Organized, disciplined, and deadline-oriented
