Overview:

Business Development Associate will play a key role in identifying, onboarding, and managing agency partners for our white-label digital marketing and AI automation services. This role requires strong communication skills, cold calling experience, and the ability to present tailored solutions that address partner needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in client interactions, and capable of driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their needs and pitch services.
  • Identify and onboard new agency partners for white-label digital marketing and AI automation.
  • Present tailored service solutions to the clients.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Support upsells, renewals, and overall partner satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven cold calling experience.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing or AI automation services (a plus).
  • Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally.

Location: Gulberg 5, Lahore

Timings: 07 PM - 04 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
