About the Role

Curiousozzy is looking for a Business Development Associate to promote and sell our language learning programs and K–12 education solutions across B2C and B2B markets. This role focuses on lead generation, sales conversion, and partnership development.

Responsibilities

  • Sell language courses and K–12 learning programs
  • Handle B2C sales (students, parents, individual learners)
  • Handle B2B sales (schools, institutes, corporates, training partners)
  • Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and online channels
  • Conduct sales calls, demos, and consultations
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Interest or experience in education, EdTech, or language learning
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Experience in K–12 or education sales is an advantage
