Business Development Associate

Our ideal candidate offers the ability to implement an effective sales strategy that will expand our reach, boost revenue and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts market research to identify potential customers
• Engages prospects through calling, e‐mail, social media, meetings, presentations or demonstrations
• Prepares proposals, sales agreements, contracts and other sales documents
• Tracks sales activities, maintains customer data and performance metrics
• Increases overall company revenue by meeting or exceeding quotas for closed deals
• Enhances diversity of company revenue through development of new products and services
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with new and existing clients
• Assists in every aspect of solutions delivery life‐cycle from client acquisitions to post‐implementation support
• Analyzes and documents client business processes, workflows and requirements
• Offers functional guidance, training and expertise to team members and clients

Essentials

• Graduate or post‐graduate education or equivalent work experience
• Collaborative approach to working with others
• Sales, marketing and communication experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills

Desirables

• Project management experience
• Coding, software development or information systems background
• Odoo experience or certification
• Accounting or manufacturing experience
• Fluent in language(s) other than English
• Public‐speaking

Pay: $62,844.22 - $81,253.26 per year
