The Role

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities. You will identify prospects, initiate conversations, qualify leads, and connect the right opportunities to senior leadership. You will learn how consulting deals are sourced, positioned, and closed from people who do it every day. This is a performance-driven role with no ceiling on what you can earn. Your output determines your income. No prior sales experience is required, but this role will only work for someone who is genuinely motivated by results and takes full ownership of their own time and activity.

This role is open to both full time and part time candidates.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify prospective clients that fit our ideal customer profile across target industries and verticals
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, industry databases, and other research tools
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Craft personalized outreach messaging that speaks to specific business challenges, not generic templates
  • Initiate and manage early-stage conversations with founders, executives, and decision-makers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear criteria before passing them to senior leadership
  • Book discovery calls and provide senior leadership with a proper briefing before each one
  • Track and maintain accurate records of all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in our CRM
  • Learn consultative selling fundamentals, messaging frameworks, and objection handling techniques
  • Participate in regular debrief sessions with senior leadership to sharpen your approach
  • Contribute ideas on targeting, messaging, and outreach strategy as you develop market knowledge
  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to how you come across professionally
  • High motivation and genuine comfort operating in a fully performance-based environment
  • Discipline to manage your own time, activity, and pipeline without daily direction
  • Resilience in the face of rejection and the curiosity to understand why it happened
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to absorb feedback and apply it quickly
  • Reliable and detail-oriented follow-through on every commitment you make
  • Commercial curiosity and genuine interest in how businesses grow and where they get stuck
  • Comfortable using or learning tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outreach platforms
  • No prior sales experience required

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential
