Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold outreach and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Meet monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Willing to work onsite in the evening/night shift.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
