Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email campaigns, and other platforms.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold outreach and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Willing to work onsite in the evening/night shift.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
