Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and connect with landlords, property owners, tenants, and brokers who may benefit from professional property management services in Dubai
- Generate and develop your own pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and field visits
- Present and promote property management solutions with confidence and clarity
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals with property owners
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Provide consistent updates on sales activities, progress, and pipeline
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in daily work schedules and field activities
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate or sales is beneficial but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Understanding of the Dubai property market is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Confident, proactive, and willing to take initiative
- Marketing background is considered a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required (additional languages are an advantage)
