Business Development Associate (Arabic + English)

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and connect with landlords, property owners, tenants, and brokers who may benefit from professional property management services in Dubai
  • Generate and develop your own pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and field visits
  • Present and promote property management solutions with confidence and clarity
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals with property owners
  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Provide consistent updates on sales activities, progress, and pipeline
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in daily work schedules and field activities

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in real estate or sales is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • Understanding of the Dubai property market is a strong advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident, proactive, and willing to take initiative
  • Marketing background is considered a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required (additional languages are an advantage)
